I ran the registry cleaner in CCleaner thinking maybe there is something weird in the registry it removed a few things related to wreckfest. Moved my save files and backups to another folder. I uninstalled the game again, turned off steam cloud, deleted any folder that had anything to do with wreckfest. I opened command prompt, navigated to the wreckfest folder and ran 'datacleaner.exe -delete' same problem. I reinstall the game and delete the files that were left behind when I uninstalled same problem. I uninstall the game again, I review the files left behind in the folder and take note of them. From here, I uninstall the game and reinstall on a different hard drive in a new folder same issue. Then I try to launch the game with the launch option '-disable_mods' this did not work either. I confirm there is nothing in the 'mods' folder, I confirm I have unsubscribed from all mods on steam workshop. Now stumped I open file explore and navigate to the game. I have the same issue when searching for a server, and the mod list is still empty (as it should be now). So I exit the game and unsubscribe from all the mods and then launch the game with mods disabled.

This is weird because I have 5 mods downloaded through steam workshop. So I scroll over to the mod list in game, the list is empty. My original thought was that some of my mods are out of date or are causing an issue with the game. If I try to join a server I get the error 'Client version or data does not match server's'. However, when I go to the server browser I notice that all of the servers are greyed out with a red 'x' in the ping column. I tried to play Wreckfest the other day for the first time since June. I have been playing this game since February of 2019 and have about 160 hours and have never run into this issue before. I have created a thread on Steam forum and I have also emailed Bugbear directly.

I am really hoping that someone around here can help me out.
